The padded strap for your shoulder is an extra bonus when using this. I’m a sign language interpreter and need my hands free for work, but often need a drink for jobs that go for hours outside. The product is great. It fits my 32 oz Owala and my IPhone 16 ProMax very well. I like that it has credit card slots. My only complaint is that when I ordered, it gave me a specific date to expect the product and it came more than a week later - after I left for my trip to Puerto Rico - which was the whole purpose of the purchase!

Order AG58945 received incomplete. I'm disappointed I won't have the item for my upcoming trip due to the delay from customer service to quickly resolve my incomplete order. I'm dissatisfied with customer service lack of acknowledgment to my notification of the missing item, I was invoiced and billed for 2 only received 1. To resolve my concern I would like either the missing item or a expedited refund for the missing item.

I liked it. Unfortunately, the cord got stuck in my bottle lid and I didn't realize it and so it didn't tighten all the way. Therefore, my bottle leaked and the bag got wet. It did keep the water cold for a whole day at Disney in 98 degree weather. I wish it held slightly more, like a disposable rain poncho, or wet wipes. An umbrella loop would be awesome. Generally, I liked it.

Terrible Customer Service Experience!!! I inadvertently ordered the wrong water holder. I wanted the one that would hold a Stanley Cup. ***I cancelled it within 5 minutes of realizing my mistake*** and Re-Ordered the correct holder that would accommodate the Stanley Cup oversized handle. Arca did not cancel my order. They shipped the incorrect order! ... And to add insult to injury they also shipped me a 48 oz Water Carrier that ALSO would not accommodate the Stanley Cup handle. I contacted them ***many times*** trying to rectify the TWO incorrect shipments. CRICKETS, NADA, ZILCH no contact! BUYER BEWARE!!!
